Before considering apple cider vinegar side effects lets discuss about the apple cider vinegar. It is actually fermented juice taken from the crashed apples. Like apple juice. It is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, pectin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin; and vitamin C. Also, the small amount of calcium, potassium, phosphorous, iron, and magnesium are also present in the apple cider vinegar.

 It is also used in medicines and can also have negligible qualities of citric acid and acetic acid.

You can try apple cider vinegar with honey for better taste and more efficiency. It can also be taken alone if you like to take it all alone. Apple cider vinegar is really best at curing and treating some conditions such as leg cramps and pain, weight loss, weak bones (osteoporosis), sore throats, upset stomach, high blood pressure, sinus problems, arthritis, stimulate thinking, regulate blood pressure, slow the aging process, to help rid the body of toxins, and fight infection.

It is also used for skin problems as a skin toner such as acne, pimples, and wrinkles. You can use it to soothe sunburn, for shingles, prevent dandruff, and to insect bites. Also, it is used for vaginal infections in the bath.

Apple cider vinegar is known as the flavoring agent and also tried in foods. But, you can’t say anything about the apple cider vinegar products. It has been said that the apple cider vinegar sometimes has variation in the formula. So in those cases, it is harmful to your health as the amount of acetic acid and citric acid varies in different Apple cider vinegar products. Amounts of acetic acid and citric acid ranged from about 1% to 10.57% and 0% to about 18.5% respectively. Often the real containment of the product and ingredients listed on the product are contradictory due to which apple cider vinegar side effects occur. As there is no real law or formulation of apple cider vinegar so it doesn’t necessarily contain real apple juice.

Apple cider vinegar is taken as the fermented juice of the crushed apples. It is rich in essential nutrients such as acetic acid, vitamin C, and B vitamins. Apple cider vinegar boosts your basal metabolic rate and lowers your blood sugar so you can easily burn more fats. When it is used in the small amount and with the combination of food it is likely or possibly safe. For normal adults, it is safe to use apple cider vinegar and you would not face apple cider vinegar side effects.

But it could not be safe in some other cases. Aim to have almost 8 ounces of apple cider vinegar daily. If you use a lot of apple cider vinegar for long-term it can cause serious health issues such as low potassium and weak bones (osteoporosis). Also, too much consumption of apple cider vinegar is not good for your throat and you may feel problems such as pain in the voice box and tenderness.

You should avoid the use of apple cider vinegar during your pregnancy and breast-feeding. Don’t use it and stay safe.

As it lowers blood sugar so it is not safe to use it when you have diabetes.
